Up Hub Tools

What are tools and toolkit activities and how can you use them in your everyday life?

Tools are instruments (e.g. checklists, intake forms, policies and procedures) that can be incredibly helpful and serve as the foundation for creating toolkits. Toolkits are a collection of resources that provide relevant information and clear guidance on a specific issue or topic by presenting it in an accessible and meaningful way. Below are some resources and tools that may helpful to you and your loved ones.

“Our adult son has autism and we have received a lot of help from Your Support Services Network. They provided me and my son with wonderful social workers that did their very best to guide us through our situation. They gave essential advice along the way and arranged for funding where my son could get some respite care. They also had mindfulness classes and music classes which helped with my mental illness. They gave us so many tips and resources.” – Carina S.
