In this group, participants will make their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) to help them in their recovery, to stay well, and to improve their lives.
This is an 8-week, virtual series for people aged 16+ with mental health concerns living in York Region and South Simcoe.
The WRAP workshop is not recommended for people in active psychosis or who have a developmental disability. You will need to go through an intake process and get approval to join this group.

The Recovery and Maintenance Program (RAMP) is for people aged 16+ and living in York Region or South Simcoe who want to experience more positive feelings each day.

The ADBS group will support people with a dual diagnosis learn how to be mindful, cope with challenging situations, better manage their emotions, and communicate effectively.
This group is for people ages 16+ with a dual diagnosis (mental health and developmental disability) living in York Region or South Simcoe.
To join the ADBS group, you must commit to the 3-year program that meets at YSSN Aurora office every Wednesday, 1:30pm – 3:00 pm from September to March. Participants require a support person to attend all meetings to aid with skill development and acquisition.
Cohort 2025-2025 is now full. Referrals are still accepted but will be waitlisted.
