Families can get support and helpful information to care for their autistic child, building their capacity to support their learning and development.

• Emotional support based on lived experience and supports caregiver wellness and coping through skill-building

   

• Help with self-care and stress management

   

• Help you in find community caregiver programs and resources

   

• Support and chat groups and workshops with a focus on growing caregiver skills in self-care and wellness
