How we deliver

Our work is guided by our Bill of Rights, Accessibility Plan, Accessibility Policy and Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression policy, among other equity-focused guidelines. YSSN provides cultural competence and unconscious bias training to all staff and offers language support services, including interpretation and translation, to meet the diverse needs of our community. YSSN is an employer partner of Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).

We are committed to improving accessibility and welcome feedback to help us enhance our services and spaces for people with disabilities.
