Single Session Counselling - Tuesdays in June

Many people find that they get what they need from one counselling session. YSSN’s Single Session Counselling program offers support related to: 

• mental health concerns
• caregiving or parenting challenges
• addictions
• other concerns you may be dealing with

Our counsellors use solution-focused approaches to help you.                   

Single Session Counselling appointments are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays by video, phone, or in office by special appointment. 

Please request one appointment only, so that we can accommodate as many people as possible. After a Single Session Counselling appointment, if you find that another session is needed, it can be scheduled. 

YSSN is funded directly by the Ministry of Health to serve people living within the boundaries of York Region and South Simcoe. If you live outside of these areas, please do not register for an appointment. There is no fee for the counselling session.
