Need help understanding the developmental services and mental health system? Book a free, 1-hoursession, to discuss and ask important questions related to your situation.
YSSN’s Dual Diagnosis Service Navigator role aims to assist with service delivery to meet the continued challenging needs of the community. Schedule a resource day session to discuss identifying needs and goals that will address challenges and chart a path toward greater community connectedness and wellbeing.
Resource days are for Individuals with Dual Diagnosis, community partners, hospitals, school boards and other support services.
