YSSN continues to encourage people to call, email or meet virtually whenever possible. In cases where you need to meet with someone, in-office meetings are also available by appointment. If you would like to meet with a worker, please call to arrange a time.

To help ensure everyone’s safety, all visitors will be required to self-screen using our i-Lobby tablet upon entry and follow posted safety protocols. Please do not visit our offices if you suspect you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or are feeling unwell.

As an agency who receives funding from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS), we fall under a directive requiring mandatory implementation of a COVID-19 vaccination policy.

As of September 23, 2021, all YSSN staff are required to be fully vaccinated or participating in Rapid Antigen Testing at least two times per week. A copy of YSSN’s Vaccination Policy is available here should you require further information.
