This parent training workshop will focus on the following topics:

-Strategies if your is child is not talking

-What to do if your child is talking in single words

-How to encourage communication at home

-How to help your child who repeats everything (echolalia)

-Alternative forms of communication Each session will have a short presentation and then will be open to your questions about how to help your child’s speech and language skills.

All workshops are for families with children 0-6 yrs old with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and are registered with The Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
