An Overview of Sensory Processing and Strategies with Paula Aquilla – Part 2

Join noted Occupational Therapist Paula Aquilla in a two-part exploration of sensory pathways. Learn some of the more commonly-seen issues, how to identify when your child may be hypersensitive or hyposensitive, and strategies to support their sensory processing.
PART 2: Learn strategies to support sensory processing in activities of daily living; some of the more commonly seen issues, supporting the nervous system to learn and how sensory issues may change over time.
Paula Aquilla is the co-author of Building Bridges through Sensory Integration (1998), and The Sensory Detective (2016). She loves her work as an Occupational Therapist and as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Paula has taught workshops about sensory processing and development in many countries.
This workshop is for caregivers of children with autism ages 0-18.
