310-COPE provides 24/7 access to crisis support for people feeling depressed, distressed, lonely, anxious, scared, angry, worried they have nowhere to go, and don’t know where to get help? Support is also available by text and online chat.
Children’s Case Coordination
YSSN works with agencies across York Region to help families of children and youth with very complex social, emotional, developmental, and/or physical needs connect to available services and supports.
The Passport Program helps adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible by providing funding for community participation activities and supports.
