A:  We are doing this to ensure quality service and support for training new staff. Provide reassurance that calls are not kept indefinitely. Recordings are stored in our secure caller system.”

Q: How long will recorded calls be stored?
A: One month.  They will then be automatically erased.

Q: Who will be able to listen to my call?
A: Supervisors responsible to training staff and ensuring quality standard are adhered too.

Q: If I do not wish to be recorded can I still call?
A: You can call and chose to remain anonymous, however, the call will be recorded.
